摘要
为了探讨花楸种子质量的变异规律,对我国东北自然分布区7个种源地的花楸种子的种子千粒重、饱满度、含水量和生活力进行了研究.结果表明:花楸种子千粒重远远小于乔木树种的平均水平,其中白河种源的种子千粒重最大,带岭种源的最小.新采收的未经贮藏直接播种的种子生活力最高,其次是低温干藏,而经室温干藏和低温湿藏的种子生活力只能达到20%左右;长白种源的种子无论哪种贮藏处理方式,其生活力都要明显高于其他种源.花楸种子从西南到东北有变轻、变小的趋势;饱满度与经纬度有关,海拔和年降水量也有一定影响;含水量则主要与年均气温和无霜期有关;生活力的变化主要受年均气温的影响.长白种源的花楸种子质量最佳,而汪清和带岭的种源则最差.
To explore variation of seed quality, weight of one thousand seed, plumpress, water content and vitality of Sorbus pohuashanensis seed which collected from 7 provenances were studied in the paper. The result showed: the weight of one thousand seeds is smaller than that of average of the arbor seed, which that of Baihe provenance was the heaviest and Dailing provenance was the lightest. Viability of fresh seed were most high than other treatment, dry storage in low-temperature for 5 months were secondly, but dry storage in house-temperature and wet storage of dry-temperature only have 20 % or so, it was effected by mean annual temperature, and seed viability of Changbai provenance was highest than other provenance every treatment. From northeast to southwest, it is a trend that seed weight of S. pohuashanensis is heavier and heavier. Plumpness of seeds was related with longitude and latitude, and also was influenced by altitude and rainfall per year. Contain water capacity of seeds was effected by mean annual temperature and frost-free period. Seed quality of Changbai provenance was the best, and then Wangqing and Dailing provenances' was the most bad.
