朴树种子不同贮藏方法的播种育苗试验 被引量:5

摘要 采用单因素随机区组设计,进行不同贮藏方法的田间播种育苗试验,结果表明:室温干藏的种子不萌发,湿藏能显著提高朴树种子的出苗率、发芽势,并缩短平均出苗天数;室外湿藏、低温湿藏的出苗率分别为70.7%、66.7%,比室温湿藏的出苗率46.3%分别高24.4%、20.4%,是朴树种子适宜的贮藏方法;从降低育苗成本考虑,以室外湿藏最好。 Using single factor randomized block design ,this paper adopted field trials of sowing and seedling for Celtis sinensis seeds with different storage methods.The results showed that , in the indoor temperature , dry seeds of Celtis sinensis could not germi-nate.Wet storage could significantly improve the Celtis sinensis seeds emergence rate ,germination energy ,and shortened the mean e-mergence days.Seedling emergence rates in the outdoor wet storage and low temperature wet storage were 70.7%and 66.7%.Com-pared with wet storage in the room temperature emergence rate was 46.3%,24.4% and 20.4% higher respectively.Outdoor wet storage and low temperature wet storage were the suitable storage method of Celtis sinensis seed.From the consideration of reducing breeding cost ,outdoor wet storage was the best.
