摘要
通过对8例男性尸体阴茎皮肤血供的灌注解剖，作者发现阴茎皮肤和包皮的血液供应来源于阴部外动脉的分支阴茎浅动脉，阴茎浅动脉在阴茎于根部又分为背外侧支与厦外侧支，位于肉膜层内，呈轴型走向冠状沟，其伴行静脉回流至大隐静脉，阴茎深空动脉在阴茎干没有分支到阴茎皮肤，上述发现为临床上应用阴茎皮肤岛状瓣治疗尿道下裂提供了解剖学基础。
Eight male cadaver specimen were injected with a latex solution or 30% ABS solution to define the cutaneous blood suppy of the penis. The author found that the skin of the penis and prepuce is supplied by the superficial penile artenes derived from the external pudendal arteries. The superfioial penile arteries continue to be the terminal dorsolateral and ventrolateral branohes in proximal penile shaft which lie within the dartos layer. The venae comitantes drain into the long saphena. Thire is no skin perforators from the deeper dorsal penile arteries in the penile shaft. Abovementioned discovery supplies the anatomical foundation for the clirucal application of a varlety of the island penile skin and prepuce flaps.
