摘要 为了提高太阳能电池的转换效率,设计了一种以单片机为核心的太阳能自动跟踪装置,分析了传感器的工作原理,研制了跟踪传感器,设计了系统的信号处理及控制电路,阐述了系统控制的软件实现原理。该装置能使太阳能电池板在晴天始终保持与太阳光垂直,在夜晚、阴天或太阳光辐照度低于工作照度时自动关机,其转换效率高、成本低。对比朝南35o固定安装的太阳能电池板和采用了太阳能自动跟踪装置的太阳能电池板在相同条件下对太阳能的接受率,实验结果表明,采用太阳能自动跟踪装的太阳能电池板的接受率提高了约41.40%。 A novel sun autotracker with the core of singlechip is designed to improve conversion efficiency of the solar panel. The principle of sensor of the device, how to achieve processing and controlling circuit and the software flow are introduced in this paper. The sun autotracker can make solar panel always vertical to the sun at sunny day, and it can turn off itself at night, at cloudy day or when the solar radiation is lower than the work lighting. The device is high conversion efficiency, low cost. The experiment indicates that compared the device that the solar panel is fixed with the degree of 35, the sun autotracker received radia- tion efficiency can improve by 41.40 % in a day under the same condition.
