摘要 光伏界的专家们曾经认为硅太阳电池转换效率在实际器件上的极限为20%.在过去十年中不仅硅电池的性能已大大超过了这一极限,连聚光和非聚光硅电池板也达到了这个效率.本文着重介绍国际上硅太阳电池研究在过去十年的进展. A predicted conversion efficiency limitation of 20% for silicon solar cells in practical devices was made by photovoltaic specialists. In fact, not only did Si solar cells achieve the performance much more in excess of this limit, but the concentrator and non-concentrator module reached this efficiency during the last ten years. The progress of investigation on Si solar cells over the world in the last decade is introduced in this paper.
