摘要
目的观察建中左金汤治疗胃食管返流病的临床疗效。方法应用自拟建中左金汤(半夏、黄连、吴萸、桂枝、白芍、瓦楞子、乌贼骨、炙草)。均以2 W为1疗程。结果治疗组总有效率92.16%,对照组总有效率73.91%,两组比较P<0.05。结论自拟建中左金汤治疗食管返流病具有清肝和胃、温中降逆、制酸的作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianzhong Zuojin decoction in the treatment of 51 cases of GERD. Methods Self - made Jianzhong Zuojin decoction （ rhizoma, pinellia, coptis, evodia, cassia twig, radices paeoniaealba, conchaarcae, cuttlefish bone） was used. 2 weeks as a treatment course. Results The total effective rate was 94.11%. ConclusiOn Self - made Jianzhong Zuojin decoction has a effect of cleaning liver and harmonizing stomach, warming middle -jiao to bring adverse qi downward as well as controlling acid for the treatment of GERD.
