摘要
通过分析国内部分城市轨道交通项目的融资、财务分析等问题,建议通过降低资金成本,合理控制运营成本,进而提高项目的经济效益,最终达到吸引社会投资、多元化融资渠道的良性循环。
Based on the analysis for the problems in financing and financial analysis of some urban rail transit projects in China,it is suggested that reducing fund cost and reasonably controlling operation cost can improve the economic benefits of projects and eventually achieve the benign circle with diversification financing channels for attracting social investment.
