摘要
为了解决现场电动执行机构输出转矩测试中出现的转矩测试误差问题和提高动态转矩的测试精度,通过对电动执行机构输出的动态转矩特征参数进行分析与研究,采用了一种高灵敏度传感器和高精度模数转换器对其动态转矩进行实时高速采样,运用牛顿插值算法来提高动态转矩测量值的准确性,并对不同型号的电动执行机构进行测试试验。现场电动执行机构输出转矩测试精度实验表明,测试数值稳定、精度高,达到了电动执行机构输出转矩测试精度的要求。
In order to solve the problem of the testing error and to improve the precision of dynamic torque, the fastspeed tensor and ADC of high precision have been used to sample the dynamic torque, and the arithmetic of Newton inserting value has been used to improve the veracity of testing value of dynamic torque, based on the analysis and research of dynamic torque figure of actuators, and the different kinds of actuators are measured to validate the precision. The testing veracity is not only stable but meeting the need of the testing of dynamic torque of actuators with the experiment of the testing of actuators' torque in field.
