摘要
在"效率优先,兼顾公平"原则中,由于公平与效率不具有兼容性,因而它既不能有效地促进效率的提高,又难以推进公平的发展。市场经济的本质是自由、平等和等价交换,市场在本质上既可以促进效率的提高,也能够维护各主体间的公平。市场公平只是社会公平中的一个方面或一个局部,社会公平涵盖市场公平。
In the principia of ＂the efficiency first and pay attention to the equitableness＂, because the equitableness and the efficiency can not coexist, the principia can not accelerate the efficiency and can not develop the equitableness. The essence of the marketing economy is the freedom, equality and the equipollence exchange. The market can accelerate the efficiency and also can maintenance the equitableness. The market equality only is the-one side or the one part of the society equitableness and the society equality covers the market equality.
