摘要
按劳分配原则因技术条件的限制而无法实施,现实社会经济活动中实行的所谓按劳分配,并不是严格意义上的按劳分配。实现公平分配的前提条件是社会平等,其必要条件是资源分配规则的科学和合理,以及执行规则的公正。在市场经济条件下,劳动者把自己的劳劝力作为资本参与市场投资所获得的收益同所谓的按劳分配相比,既简单快捷,又公平合理。
The principle of distribution according to work cannot be actualized for the limitation of technology condition. The principle of distribution according to work in realism social economic activity is not the proper distribution according to work. In the condition of market--oriented economy, the laborers put their labor force into the capital or into the profit of participating in the market investment. These incomes are not only simpler and quicker, but also fairer and more rational than the distribution according to work.
