摘要
阐述了台州电网利用龙溪电站水电机组的黑启动方案,介绍了台州电网成功的黑启动试验,以最少的操作、最快的速度启动具有自启动能力的水轮发电机组,恢复台州电网的运行,给系统在极端情况下的恢复、减少损失提供了实践经验,并从理论和实践两个层面对电站黑启动过程及问题进行了研究,对黑启动问题的一般注意事项和技术措施进行了总结.
The black-start experiment of Taizhou Grid based on Longxi hydroelectric generating set is introduced, which is characterized by the least operation and the fast pace. The experiment provides practical experience on how to restart the generator set and how to restore the normal running of the local grid in extremely abnormal condition so as to reduce the loss. The black-start process and its responding aspects are also discussed in theory and practical way.
