摘要
本文分析了我国农村改革的历程,认为30年农村改革的基本经验就是尊重农民意愿、处理好效率和公平的关系、选择好推进改革的形式。当前,我国农业和农村经济的发展正在进入一个新的历史阶段,各项政策的实施要以符合新阶段的要求为标准。
Based on an analysis of the course of reform in the Chinese rural area, the paper holds that the principal experience drawn from 30 years of rural reform are respecting the will of the peasants, balancing the relation between efficiency and fairness,and properly selecting the approach to promoting the reform. Currently,our agriculture and rural economic development have entered a new historical stage. Implementation of relevant policies should meet the requirement of the new era.
