摘要
介绍了典型功率测量负载牵引系统组成,以及验证系统准确性的ΔGt方法。通过调节输入输出阻抗,得到微波功率晶体管在4 GHz频率下的匹配阻抗,从而得到了器件在4 GHz条件大信号下真实性能,最大输出功率为22 dBm、最高效率为60%、并给出了输出电流和增益等,为器件和电路的优化设计提供了有力的帮助。
A typical configuration of power load pull system and △ G1 method to verify the accuracy of the whole system were introduced. The matching impedance under frequency of 4 GHz was found through tuning input and output matching impedance. The real performances of the devices are obtained, maximum output power is 22 dBm, power added efficiency is 60%, and the output current and transfer gain are given, which offers great help to power transistor and MMIC design.
