摘要
采用试验研究与数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了充型过程对铸钢件缩孔缩松分布的影响,提高了缩孔缩松的预测精度。对生产中铸钢件的缩孔缩松分布进行了模拟,模拟结果与实际情况吻合。
The influence of filling process on the formation of shrinkage cavity and porosity of steel castings is studied by both experiments and numerical simulation in this paperThe prediction precision is increased obviouslythe distribution of shrinkage cavity and porosity of steel castings in practical use are simulated,and the simulation result coincide well with the practical situation
