摘要
幼儿教师的教学监控能力是影响幼儿园集体教学活动成败的关键因素之一。本研究对部分城市250名幼儿教师进行问卷调查,以考察幼儿教师教学监控能力的现状。结果表明:从总体水平来看,多数幼儿教师的教学监控能力处于中等偏上水平,但也有少数幼儿教师教学监控能力总体水平较低;在教学监控能力的四个因子中,评价与反馈性的得分最高,控制与调节性的得分最低;在教龄、文化程度、职称等个体特征变量上,幼儿教师的教学监控能力水平均存在不同程度的差异。
The kindergarten teachers' teaching monitor ability is one of the key factors affecting the kindergarten group instruction activity success or failure. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 250 kindergarten teachers in some cities, to inspect the present status of kindergarten teachers' teaching monitor ability. The Main conclusions are as follows: The scores of the majority of monitor ability are on the middle-level, but there are still a small number overall level of teaching monitor ability is low; Among the four factors of kindergarten teachers' teaching of kindergarten teachers whose teaching monitor ability , the factor of evaluation and feedback gets the highest score, and the factor of control and regulation gets the lowest score; There are different degrees of differences of the level of teaching monitor ability among the kindergarten teachers who are in individual characteristic variables as teaching age, standard of culture and professional tide.
