摘要
分析了荒漠生态系统恢复和保护工作的现状,论述了荒漠生态补偿机制建立的必要性,提出了建立荒漠生态补偿要以国家投入为主导,强化生态恢复和生态保护两项措施,并与国家主体功能区建设相结合。
China＇s desertification land area of desertification, land desert ecosystem is an important component of the ecosystem. By analyzing the status quo of the desert ecosystem restoration and protection, on desertification ecological compensation mechanism established by necessity, has proposed the establishment of desertification e- cological compensation to the state-led investment, strengthening ecological protection and ecological restoration, and the main function of state integration.
