摘要
“生态环境良好”是十七大确定的全面建设小康社会的新目标。生态差距是我国与发达国家的最大差距, 生态建设是实现科学发展最艰巨的任务。为此必须增强使命感与责任感, 精心谋划林业工作。必须坚持把建设生态文明作为现代林业建设的战略目标, 坚持解放思想、深化改革、强化森林经营, 把兴林富民作为现代林业建设的根本宗旨, 积极推进林业生态、经济、文化三大体系建设, 全力推进现代林业又好又快发展, 履行好建设生态文明的重大使命。
＂A good ecological environment＂ is the new target of building a comprehensive well-off society, which is set by the seventeenth congress. Ecological gap is the biggest difference between China and developed countries. The ecological construction is the most arduous task for scientific development. So must enhance our sense of mis- sion and sense of responsibility, and careful planning work in forestry. Ecological construction must adhere to modem civilization as the strategic goal of forestry, emancipate our minds, deepening reform, strengthening forest management, promoting forest and enriching the people as the fundamental purpose of modem forestry, and active- ly promote forestry ecological, economic, and cultural system construction, spare no effort to promote modem forestry good and fast development, fulfill the important mission of the ecological civilization building.
