摘要 对2005年版《中国药典》收载的维生素C片、维生素C注射液及维生素C丸含量测定方法进行改进,建立HPLC法测定维生素C含量。采用Kromasil C18色谱柱;以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(5∶95)为流动相;柱温:25℃;流速:0.8mL·min^-1;检测波长:242nm。维生素C进样量在0.0618~0.5562μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)为100.0%,RSD为0.33%。本方法简便、快速、结果准确,可作为维生素C多种制剂的质量控制标准。 The methods for the determination of Vitamin C Tablets,Vitamin C Injection and Vitamin C Pills in ChP(2005) were improved.An HPLC method was developed for the determination of Vitamin C Tablets.The HPLC system consisted of C18 column,with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(5∶95) as mobile phase,at 25℃.The wavelength was 242nm.The flow rate was 0.8mL·min^-1 and the injection volume was 10μL.The linear ranger of vitamin C was 0.0618~0.5562μg.The average recovery for the compound was 100.0%(RSD=0.33%,n=6).The method is simple,quick and accurate.It is suitable for quality control of many kinds of vitamin C preparation.
