摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定维生素C葡萄糖注射液中维生素C的含量。方法:采用NH2柱;以磷酸二氢钾溶液(取磷酸二氢钾2.72g,加水溶解并稀释成1000ml,用0.45μm微孔滤膜滤过即得)-乙腈(1∶1)为流动相;流速1.0ml/min;检测波长为245nm。结果:维生素C的浓度在5~26μg/ml范围内,呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998。平均回收率为99.71%,RSD=0.92%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便,准确、专属性强、重现性好,与国家标准结果一致。
Objective :To establish an external standard HPLC method tor cletermmatlon of Vitamln C. Method: The liquid chromatography was carried out using a NH2 column(5μm, 4.6mm × 250mm)with detection wavelength at 245nm. The mobile phase as follows :Acetonitrile-potassium phosphate monobasic(Dissolve 2.72g of disodium hydrogen phosphate in 1000mL of water) = 1 :1.The flow rate was 1ml/min. Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5-26μg/ml ,r=0. 9998. Average recovery(n= 9)was 99.71 % ,RSD= 0. 92 %. Conclusion :This method was found to be simple and accurate.
