摘要
分析我国药品广告的现状,我国药品广告存在不科学表示功效的断言和保证、产品功能主治的宣传超出批准的内容、非药品宣传药品功效等问题。应在理顺监管体制、提高药品广告制作和发布准入门槛、加强法制建设、加大打击力度等方面加强管理。
The situation of state pharmaceutical advertisement was analyzed.There were non-standard presentations for efficacy in the pharmaceutical advertisement.The descriptions of product function for propaganda were different from approved ones.The non-drugs were propagandized as the drug on the efficacy.The administrations should be emphasized on standardizing the system of monitoring administration,making and issuing pharmaceutical advertisement,constructing the legal system and setting in order.
