摘要
目的探讨关节腔冲洗配合醋酸曲安缩松及玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法生理盐水1500—2500ml加20％甘露醇注射液250ml关节腔冲洗。冲洗完毕后，关节腔内注射醋酸曲安缩松5mg。1次／周，共3次，最后一次术后3d开始关节腔内注入玻璃酸钠注射液2．5ml，1次／周，连用5次，以后每隔3个月均注射玻璃酸钠1次。结果经13～25个月随访，总显效率为90．2％，总有效率为96．8％。结论本方法是一种治疗膝关节骨性关节炎安全有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of articular cavity flushing operation and intra-articular injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide and sodium hyaluronate for osteoarthristis of knee. Methods NS 1 500 - 2 500 ml and 20% Mannitol In jection 250 ml flushing articular cavity with NS 1 500 - 2 500 ml and 20% Man- nitol In jection 250 ml. After flushing articular cavity, articular cavity was injected Triamcinolone Acetonide 5 mg once a week for 3 weeks. Articular cavity was injected sodium hyaluronate 2. 5 ml once a week for 5 weeks from the 3rd day after the last operation, then sodium hyaluronate 2. 5 ml was injected every three months. Results After 13-25 months follow-up,the efficiency was 90. 2% and the total effective rate was 96. 8%. Conclusion Articular cavity flushing operation and intra-articular injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide and sodium hyalur- onate for osteoarthristis of knee is a safe and effective method.
