摘要
目的：观察针刺少阳经穴结合辨证分型服用中药治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法：91偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组（50例）和对照组（41例），治疗组选取少阳经穴风池、外关、阳陵泉作为治疗穴位，并结合内服中药牵正散进行治疗；对照组服用西药西比灵，10天为1个疗程，3个疗程后对比两组疗效。结果：针药结合治疗偏头痛疗效与西比灵组疗效相当。结论：针药结合治疗偏头痛具有较好疗效。
Objective： To observe the curative effects of acupuncture treatment of Shaoyangjing point in combination withChinese medicine in treating migraine. Methods： 91 cases of migraine are divided randomly into 2 groups： treament group （50 cases） and control group （41 cases）. Treating treatment group with acupuncture treatment of Shaoyangjing point in combination with Chinese medicine, the control with western medicine. Each group is treated for 3 courses （10 days as 1 course）. Results： The two methods have nearly the same effects. Conclusion： It is effective to treat migraine by acupuncture treatment in combination with Chinese medicine.
