摘要
本文采用磁粉制动器和磁粉离合器作为张力控制执行元件,结合磁粉制动器的特点,设计了一套针对磁粉制动器驱动的硬件控制平台。硬件系统主要以TI公司的数字信号处理芯片为控制核心,外加张力采集电路和制动器驱动电路,将从张力传感器采集来的信号经过DSP处理,输出PWM波形,对制动器进行控制。
This paper use magnetic particle brake and magnetic particle clutch as executor of tension control. This paper designs a hardware control terrace and some control software. The hardware system which main control Setup is the TMS320LF2407A DSP of TI Company, in addition the circuit of tension collection and the magnetic particle brake moving, the signal from tension sensor is handled by the DSP, then the PWM wave form is output to control the magnetic particle brake.
