摘要
目的建立小儿肠胃康颗粒盐酸小檗碱含量的测定方法。方法采用反相Prodigy ODS3色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为35℃,流动相为乙腈-水(含0.4%磷酸,0.7%三乙胺)溶液(25:75),测定波长为350nm,以外标法定量。结果盐酸小檗碱质量浓度在4.01~200.5μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.45%,RSD=0.81%(n=6)。结论用高效液相色谱法测定小儿肠胃康颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量,操作简便,结果准确。
Objective To establish a simple and sensitive HPLC method for determining berberine hydrochloride in Child Changweikang Granules. Methods The methanol extracts were separated on a Prodigy ODS3 column (250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) eluted at 35 ℃. The mobile phase was aeetonitrile-water (0.4% phosphoric acid, 0. 7% triethylamine), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was 350 nm. Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 4.01-200.5 μg/mL (r =0. 999 9). The average recovery rate was 98. 45% (RSD = 0.81%, n = 6). Conclusion This method to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride is simple and accurate.
