摘要
拉米夫定是一种嘧啶核苷类抗病毒药物,主要用于慢性乙型肝炎的治疗。就拉米夫定的合成、作用机制、临床应用及毒副作用等方面的研究进展进行了综述。
Lamivudine is a typical antivius agent of pyrimidine treatment of hepatitis B. The latest research in lamivudine, mechanism, clinical application and toxicity, is reviewed in this nucleoside, mainly used for the including its synthesis, antivius study.
