摘要
目的优选芪明颗粒的最佳提取工艺条件。方法芪明颗粒采取醇提的工艺路线,以葛根素、黄酮类、总氮含量为评价指标,对影响醇提的因素醇浓度、用量、提取温度、时间进行L9(34)正交实验设计。结果醇提最佳提取工艺为药材加8倍量的65%乙醇,90℃回流2 h。结论优选得到的提取工艺稳定可行。
Objective To study the best extraction process of Qiming granules. Methods Using the content of puerarin, flavonoids and total nitrogenand as an assessing index to determine the optimum extraction conditions. Content of ethanol, amount of ethanol, extracting temperature and extracting time were selected by orthogonal design and the analysis of variance. Results The optimum conditions for the extraction of puerarin,flavonoids and total nitrogen were 65 % ethanol,which was 8 times of the amount of herb material ,refluxed 2 hours at 90℃. Conclusion The optimal extraction process is steady and reliable.
