摘要
对契合动因进行深入分析,从价值创造角度将契合动因归纳为交易费用、技术资源、用户安装基础和组织学习能力等方面,为研究两者契合关系提供借鉴。
This paper conducts research on the perspective of value creation, and some conclusions are finally drawn: transaction cost, technical resource, consumer installed base and organizational study abilities are factors which influence combination motivation.
