摘要
在“一带一路”倡议和中国企业抱团出海的背景下,面向“一带一路”企业技术标准联盟成为中国标准走向国际的全新战略方式。系统梳理了面向“一带一路”企业技术标准联盟的研究脉络,基于面向“一带一路”企业技术标准联盟的内涵和特征演化、驱动因素及发展模式等理论分析,对782条有效案例数据进行文本和词频统计分析,探究该模式的驱动因素结构和作用程度,进而构建面向“一带一路”企业技术标准联盟模式与驱动因素的动态关联模型。研究发现,面向“一带一路”企业技术标准联盟的每个发展模式都由5种驱动因素共同驱动,但每种驱动因素的作用方式与作用程度各不相同。在此基础上,结合“一带一路”项目合作典型案例,进一步讨论每种联盟模式驱动因素的作用结构。
In the context of the"Belt and Road"initiative and Chinese companies going abroad in groups,the"Belt and Road"enterprise technology standard alliance has become a new strategic way for Chinese standards to go international.The research context of the"Belt and Road"enterprise technology standard alliance is systematically sorted out.Based on the theoretical analysis of its connotation and characteristic evolution,driving factors and development patterns,a statistical analysis of the text and word frequency of 782 valid case data is conducted,and the structure and degree of the driving factors are explored so as to build a dynamic correlation model for the"Belt and Road"enterprise technology standard alliance model and driving factors.It is found that each development pattern is driven by five driving factors,but the acting mode and degree of each driving factor are different.On this basis,combined with typical cases of the"Belt and Road"project cooperation,the structure of the driving factors of each alliance model is further discussed.
