摘要
本文以半峰宽与保留数据的线性关系为基础,提出用真实峰数(RPN)作为柱效评价指标。RPN定义式简单,物理意义清晰,反映一定容量比K′范围的平均柱效概念,克服了理论板数等原有柱效参数随K′变化的弱点,因而便于柱效的比较和评价。RPN比最近提出的无限大容量比的理论板数(Ninf)综合了更多的柱效信息与影响因素。本文推导了RPN与Ninf的关系式,建立了RPN与柱过程基本物理量的关系。讨论了死时间对RPN的影响及其ε外推算法;纠正了文献所述ε外推法“不受碳数规律限制”的错误结论。
Based on the quasi-linear relation between peak width at half-height and retention time, a new measure of column efficiency-real peak number (RPN) was developed. It reflects the mean efficiency of column within an assigned range of capacity ratio (k') and contains more information of column behaviour than N_(inf). The main advantages of RPN over other column efficiency measures consist in its independence of k' and in the fact that it allows a more objective comparison of different types of columns. Relations between RPN and some column parameters were derived. The effect of dead-time on RPN and the ε-extension method for the calculation of td was discussed.
