摘要
应用型大学必须通过加强学科专业建设和科学研究来提升教学水平和人才培养质量,学科要为专业建设提供支撑,专业发展要对学科提出明确的要求。要强化校学术委员会的职能,发挥校学术委员会在学校的战略决策、宏观规划、学术活动和队伍建设中的重要作用。加强"教授治学",学校的管理部门要强化大局意识、服务意识、责任意识、创新意识和和谐意识,建立健全高效、合理、科学的管理体系。
The improvement in teaching and talent training in application-oriented universities should be achieved by strengthening major construction and scientific research of subjects and subjects must provide support for major construction while major development should specify its requirements for subjects. Universities must fully exert the role of their academic committees in universities＇ strategic decisionmaking , overall planning, academic study and teching staff construction. Great importance should be attached to professors＇ taking charge of academic study. Administratively, great emphasis must be placed on the awareness of making overall development, giving good service, and being responsible, creative and harmonious. A highly efficient, sensible and scientific management system is to be established.
