概述了兽用长效驱虫制剂研制的重要意义,重点介绍了瘤胃控释和缓释制剂、皮下包埋制剂、注射用缓释制剂等长效制剂的研究进展及应用情况,并与常规驱虫药的优缺点进行了比较。
The significance of development of long-term helminthicide preparations for animals was reviewed, and the development and application of rumen controlled-release preparations, rumen-slowlyreleased preparations, subcutaneously-embedded preparations and injection-slowly release preparations were highlighted and compared with normal helminthicide preparations in terms of advantages and disadvantages.
