基于fMRI的Stroop效应调整机制研究

摘要 为探讨Stroop任务中宏观调整对微观调整的作用,应用功能磁共振技术分析Stroop效应中的两种调整机制的作用关系。结果显示:1)高调整条件下,前个为一致性试次时,后个试次的反应时较长,对应前扣带回活性较低;2)高调整条件下的反应时较高冲突条件下的短,右侧背外侧前额叶活性较高。结果表明,不一致试次引起的微观调整更明显,且微观调整受宏观调整影响。 The relationship between macro- and micro-adjustments in Stroop tasks was studied by analyzing the Stroop effect adjustment mechanism using functional magnetic resonance imaging, The results show that incongruent trials after congruent trials have longer response times and lower actions of the anterior cingulated cortex than incongruent trials after incongruent trials. The results also show that incongruent trials after incongruent trials in high-adjustment block have shorter RTs and higher actions of the dorsal lateral prefrontal cortex than in high conflict blocks. Therefore, the micro-adjustments to incongruent events are stronger and micro-adjustments affected by macro-adjustments and both ACC and DLPFC are involved in the adjustment mechanism.
