摘要
本文针对2007年7月出版的全球化学品统一分类和标签制度(GHS)中新增的危险说明与防范说明编制方法进行详细阐述,介绍GHS体系中危险说明与防范说明的代码、组成、规则等主要内容,为2008年我国建立与国际接轨的化学品危险说明、防范说明提供理论依据,为我国正确使用危险说明、防范说明与防范象形图,全面推行GHS体系提供科学指导。
This article discusses about the hazard statements and precautionary statements which were added in the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemical （GHS） published in July, 2007. It introduces the main content of the hazard statements and precautionary statements in GHS thoroughly. Meanwhile, the paper provides the theory basis on the hazard statements and precautionary statements for building a system with the international practice in 2008. It will promote the utilizing of the hazard statements and precautionary statement accurately. The object is to provide a scientific support for full-scale development of GHS in China.
