摘要
针对目前按键荷重测试机效率低下的现状,基于开放式数控技术和测试技术研制了数控按键荷重测试系统;对按键的荷重以及按键的下压位移进行信号采集,绘制位移-荷重曲线;使用开放式数控技术进行运动控制,可以对按键位置进行示教编程,实现多点测试;基于B/S结构和XML开发了本系统的远程测控功能;应用结果表明,该检测系统运行稳定可靠,检测精度高,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
A NC key loading tester based on open arehiteeture CNC technology is developed. We adopt sensors for data acquisition of the pressure loading on the key and the displacement of the key, and then drew the displacement--load diagram. We adopt the open CNC and teaching program for more points'test. At last, a remote measuring and controlling function of this system based on B/S structure and XML is presented. The application shows that this system runs stably and accurately.
