摘要 本文从盐雾试验的方法和目的着手,探讨盐雾试验是如何显示金镀层质量,并结合微电池腐蚀原理提出盐雾试验机理。根据剖析的盐雾试验的机理,作者从微电池腐蚀的两个微观因素着手进行大量试验,找出影响微电池腐蚀微观因素的宏观条件,如镀液配方、镀层厚度、镀件表面粗糙度等。综合这些宏观条件,作者探讨了金镀层耐盐雾试验的有效方法。 Starting with the method and objectives of salt spray test, this paper discusses how salt spray test can show the quality of gold plated layer. In addition, combined with the micro battery corrosive theory, We put forward the mechanism of salt spray test. On the basis of analysis of salt spray test mechanism, a lot of tests have been carried out from two microscopic factors in microbattery corrosion. The macroscopic conditions that have influence on microscopic factors in microbattery corrosion have been found out. These include the composition of plating bath, the thickness of plated layer, the surface roughness of plated piece and so on. Synthesizing these macroscopic conditions, the author has inquired into an effective thchnique for proof salt spray test of gold plated layer.
