摘要
《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》是我国高校体育课程改革的纲领性文件,从课程实施的角度,采用问卷调查、文献资料调研、统计分析等研究方法,从体育课程结构设置,内容设置,"三自主"(自主选课、自主选师、自主选时)情况,体育课程评价和课外体育活动实施情况等方面,分析和探讨了我国体育课程实施基本情况;从课程建设和课程资源开发与利用两方面探讨了体育课程实施保障体系建设的现状。在得出体育课程目标实施效果差异总体状况不太令人满意的基础上对其进行归因分析,并提出了相应的对策建议。
The Syllabus for the Teaching of Physical Education in General Colleges and Universities of China is a programmatic document of physical education curriculum reform. Through using the method of questionnaire, literature review, statistics and analysis, etc. based on mounts of data, the author firstly analyzed the situation of physical education curriculum implementation in colleges and universities from physical education curriculum structure setup, content setup, three independent (self-choosing class, teacher and time), elevation of physical education curriculum, extra-curricular activities, explores the conditions of physical education curriculum implementation from both curriculum construction and curriculum resources exploitation. Based on the unsatisfactory overall situation of the implemented effect of physical education curriculum targets difference, the attribute factors are made. Finally, the relevant countermeasures are put forwarded.
