摘要
本文讨论了用Ansoft公司的高频结构仿真器(HFSS)进行微波器件仿真设计和电磁场计算的方法。本文利用高频结构仿真器(HFSS)对一三端口器件对称Y分支(H面并联分支)进行仿真分析,观察了该器件的S参数和动、静态场的分布情况,并对该器件进行了优化设计。
This text brings forward a new method to imitate the true design of microwave components and calculate the electromagnetism ,which utilizes the High- Frequency Structure Simulator of Ansoft Company. This text makes use of the High - Frequency Structure Simulator to imitate and analyze a three - port component, observes the component's S parameter and the distributions of still and animative fields, and process the optimized design to the component.
