摘要 选用偶氮染料C.I.分散红74对聚乳酸(PLA)针织面料进行染色,研究了3种染色助剂对其染色热力学参数的影响(助剂不改变分散染料在PLA针织面料中的分配机理,属于Nernst定律分配型).作出了吸附等温线,确定了聚乳酸纤维的吸附有效体积Var,在此基础上计算出染色亲和力、染色热、染色熵.研究表明,用C.I.分散红74在高温下染色聚乳酸纤维的亲和力都比低温下高. Azo dye (C.I.disperse red 74) was used to dye poly(lactic acid) (PLA) knitted fabric. The influence of three kinds of auxiliaries on dyeing thermodynamic parameters of PLA fiber was studied (auxiliaries didn't change the distributing mechanism of disperse dye in the PLA knitted fabric, the kind of adsorption belongs to Nernst adsorption). Adsorption isotherms of PLA knitted fiber were obtained and the effective absorption volume (Var) was determined. On the basis of experimental results, the dyeing affinity, dyeing heat and dyeing entropy were calculated. The results indicated that the dyeing affinity at high temperature was higher than at low temperature.
