摘要
根据焦炭塔长期在高温、充焦及除焦的冷热疲劳作用下运行容易出现裙座与筒体焊缝局部开裂、裙座变形、塔体倾斜等问题,对抚顺石化公司石油一厂T-4焦炭塔裙座存在的隐患进行了分析,介绍了设备的改造过程,可供其他同类企业借鉴。
Local crack, skirt deformation, and column inclination caused by cold-hot-fatigue under long time operation of high temperature, coke feeding and coke removing often happened. The analysis on hidden danger in skirt of T-4 coke column in Fushun Petrochemical Plant and its improvement was recorded, which offered the reference for others.
