摘要
针对我国医药零售业目前产业组织效率低下的现状,作为一种极具效率的市场结构,寡头垄断结构的形成有利于我国医药零售业实现规模经济效应、技术创新效应。提升我国医药零售业的产业组织效率的政策建议有:制定以提高市场集中度为导向的产业组织政策,建立医药联盟、采购联盟等方式提高行业市场集中度,尽快促成医药零售寡头市场结构的形成。
Basing on the low efficiency of Chinese pharmaceutical retail business, this paper believes that the formation of oligarchy monopolized structure, a structure of high market efficiency, is beneficial for Chinese pharmaceutical retail business to realize scale economy effect and technology, innovation effect. And this paper also put forward the following suggestions to enhance the industrial organization efficiency of the Chinese pharmaceutical retail business ： establishing market-oriented industrial organization policy, establishing pharmaceutical union and purchasing union, forming pharmaceutical retail oligarchy monopolized market structure.
