摘要
企业网络是科层制与市场机制的融合,是对纵向一体化治理的有效替代,其核心特征是竞争合作性。战略联盟和虚拟企业作为新型企业网络组织最具典型意义的实践形式,在竞争合作这一共同行为特征上存在较为明显的差别。
As the convergence of hierarchy and market mechanism,the firm networks is the effective replacement of vertical integration government,whose core characteristic is competitive cooperation.Strategic alliance and vertical enterprise,which are the most representative practice forms of new type firm networks organization,have comparatively obvious difference in the common behavioural characteristic of competitive cooperation.
