摘要
水口水电厂共装７台２００ＭＷ轴流转桨式水轮发电机组，已投产的６台机中有４台机水导瓦温偏高，夏季运行瓦温接近或超过７０℃。本文简要介绍了水口电厂水导瓦温高的原因和弹性金属塑料瓦在水导轴承上的应用情况。
Shuikou power plant is equipped with seven 200MW Kaplan units in which six have put into operation. The problem was met that temperature of turbine guide bearing segments is as high as 700C or more in summer. The reason of raising guide bearing segments temperature was discussed briefly, and application of elastic metallic plastic Segments (EMP-segments) to solve high temperature problem are presented mainly in this paper.
