摘要
本文以CaCO3/HDPE填充体系为研究模型,侧重讨论了不同表面处理、不同粒径及不同含量的CaCO3条件下,该填充复合材料界面应力的诱导结晶效应及其与增韧机理的关系,并由此提出了一种新的解释机理及模型。
In thes paper, the effect of interface stress induced crystallization on CaCO3/HDPEfilled composites and the relahonship between the effect and their toughening mechanisrnswere discussed by varying the surface treatments, the particle sizes and the contents of CaCO3 and the cooling rate of the specimen melts. And by these, a new type of tougheningmechanisrns and toughening mould were put forward.
