毕业生择业就业权益问题研究——以马斯洛“需要层次论”为视角

摘要 马斯洛的需要层次论为分析毕业生择业就业权益的内容提供了一个新的视角。从人的各个层次的需要可以分析出,毕业生在择业与就业的过程中基于生理的需要、安全的需要、交往的需要、尊重的需要和自我实现的需要从低级到高级分别享有不同实体内容的权利。应首先从保障毕业生生理、安全、交往的需要入手,分阶段实现毕业生的就业择业权益,同时针对各层次权利之间的融合性、交叉性以及权利之间不同阶段所具有的"优势权利需要"的要求,给予有所侧重的法律保护。 Abraham Maslow's "Hierarchy of Needs Thcory" provides a new perspective for the analysis of graduates' job - choosing and employment. From the people' s need of all levels to analyze the graduates in the process of Job - choosing and employment based on physiological needs, the needs of security, communication, the need to respect and self- actualization from the low to the high respectively to enjoy the rights of different contents of entities. For these rights, we should begin with the need to guarantee the graduates physiological safety and communication,and realize graduates employment phased cutover. At the same time, we should give them the legal protection scopes for all levels of fusion between rights and its multi - discipline and the need of "Advantage Right" between right and right in the different stages.
