摘要
北宋建立及其后来对中原的统一,使宋与辽形成了并峙的格局,从此以后抗辽、御辽成为宋朝的主要对外国策。不同时期,宋辽关系舒紧发生变化,但对于辽,屈辱和畏惧始终是宋人难以排遣的主要心态,并影响着宋朝的对辽政策。
A situation in which Song Dynasty and Liao Dynasty confronted each other em -erges after the establishment of Northern Song Dynasty and its unification of Central plains. From then on, oppugning and resisting Liao became a main external policy of Song D - ynasty. There are different form of relation between Song and Liao during different times. However,the sense of humiliation and fear of Liao have been always the major mentality of Song people toward Liao, which influenced Song Dynasty＇s policy toward Liao.
