摘要
景德元年八月,辽大举南下、宋朝野震动,宋真宗诏令且御驾亲征.双方于十二月初达成停战协议即'澶渊之盟'.'澶渊之盟'结束了宋辽战事,使边界得以长期安定,促进了双方融合交流.两族之间原有的避垒,随辽宋两个王朝之间政治、经济、文化交流的发展面逐渐消除,从而为中国实现牢固的统一创造了某些必要的前提,在中华民族统一和发展的历史上具有不可磨灭的贡献.
On August of the first year of Kingde,Kingdom Liao made a great Southern expedition, So Song was greatly shaken.Songzhenzong gave orders and attacked personally.Then in the early December,they reached an agreement on stopping fighting,that is Chanyuan treaty of alliance, which ended the war beween Kingdom Lian and Song,brought alout long peace life to the people of the border and promoted their exchange harmoniously.The barrier between the two nations disappeared gradually with the development of political,economic interchange and cultural exchange.lt also created the essential prerequisite for realizing firm unit in China and contributed a lot in the history of the Chinese nation's unit and development.
