摘要
建立路阻函数是交通分配一个关键问题。通过对经常采用的交通量—速度—费用模型进行分析,指出路阻函数存在的问题。最后对路阻函数通过对原模型从交通量—车速模型和费用模型两方面制订出相应的修正参数。
The establishment of the impedance function is a key to the traffic distribution. Problems in that function are identified with the analysis of the common model of traffic volume, velocity and cost. Based on the two aspects of the original models of the traffic volume-velocity, and of the cost, relevant modifi-cation is made on the impedance function.
