摘要
针对可控制起动行星齿轮减速装置,以整个装置的体积最小为优化设计目标,结合各种文献归纳出其优化模型,并利用MATLAB的优化工具箱对其进行优化设计,得出优化后减速装置的体积比初始设计的体积小。
Regarding the least volume of the whole reducer as the goal of the optimum design, introduces a formarion of the optimum model of reducer by aiming at the controllable start planet gear reducer. It also introduces a optimization design of the controllable start planet gear reducer by using the Matlab optimization toolbox, and the result is that the volume of the reducer is less than the initial value after the optimum design.
