摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定丹芪养血颗粒中丹酚酸B的含量。方法采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30:10:1:59),检测波长286nm,流速:1mL·min^-1。结果丹酚酸B在0.287-2.870μg线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.02%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速,结果准确,可用于丹芪养血颗粒中丹酚酸B的含量测定和质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of salvianolic acid B in Danqiyangxue gran ules by HPLC. Methods Spherisorb C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-for mic acid-water (30 : 10 : 1 : 59). Detection wavelength was 286 nm. The flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1. Results The detection range was 0. 287-2. 870 μg. The average recovery was 99.0% (RSD:1. 02%, n=6). Conclusion This method is convenient, rapid, accurate and could be used for the quality control of Danqiyangxue granules.
