摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定丹芪养血颗粒中丹酚酸B的含量。方法采用C18柱，流动相为甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水（30：10：1：59），检测波长286nm，流速：1mL·min^-1。结果丹酚酸B在0．287-2．870μg线性关系良好，平均回收率为99．0％，RSD为1．02％（n=6）。结论该方法简便、快速，结果准确，可用于丹芪养血颗粒中丹酚酸B的含量测定和质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of salvianolic acid B in Danqiyangxue gran ules by HPLC. Methods Spherisorb C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-for mic acid-water （30 ： 10 ： 1 ： 59）. Detection wavelength was 286 nm. The flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1. Results The detection range was 0. 287-2. 870 μg. The average recovery was 99.0% （RSD：1. 02%, n=6）. Conclusion This method is convenient, rapid, accurate and could be used for the quality control of Danqiyangxue granules.
