摘要
在高等教育大众化过程中,大学文化尤其是教师文化深受大众文化、科学文化、学科"割据"文化等影响,大学教师的自我批判精神逐渐弱化。大学教师理应通过坚守对高深知识的理性探究、守护学术自由等举措强化自我批判精神,促进专业发展,提升教育素养,培育健康的大学文化。
University culture has a imperceptibly influence on teachers and students, and the society. In the background of mass higher education, university culture, especially teacher culture has been invaded deeply by mass culture, scientific culture, discipline culture and so on. and college teachers＇ self critical spirit has been weaken gradually. Teachers of universities and colleges should insist on the pursuit of discovering and diffusing knowledge, defend the academic freedom,and set up the idea of university management by professors firmly and so on. On this basis, teachers of universities and colleges need further strengthening the self critical spirit, promoting professional development, upgrading professional qualifies, and serving and leading the development of society.
